Daily Journal – The use of a diary or journal on a daily basis is known to increase one’s self awareness, enhance learning and promote personal growth.  As there are no set rules for journaling; all you need to do is write.

Structure, file and format are to the writer’s discretion and / or personal preferences.  The main thing is to write and write often, if possible on a daily basis. When writing is shared in an online community, your identity can remain anonymous to others viewing your writing.  Initials can be used, giving you the freedom for others to offer some good honest feed back and / or support.

Poetry – Written any poems, that you would like to share with fellow writers. As with any submission to Sageism, you must be the author of your submissions.  Please be sure that your submissions display your name, copyright, public or private viewing as well as comments accepted or not.

Sage Sense Today- Sage Sense Today is a column for Sage writers to share some positive wisdom.  Write a short affirmation, followed by a narration.

I refer to Sage Sense Today as, A step beyond the “COMMON’” variety.

Sage Sense Today, is a column that goes beyond the ordinary common sense so to speak.  Sage Sense Today is a column designed to write positive affirmations followed by a short narration.    A chance to turnn your life experience into wisdom or a little,”Sage Sense” and share with others.

Writer’s Tips – Here you can enjoy, tips for writing, from Sage Writers.  If you are a writer and have tips to share, please join our writing community today. We would love to hear what you have to say.

Writing in Flo – This is by and far one my favorite sections on this blog.  If you’ve never experienced what I refer to as, “Writing in flo,” than you simply must give it a whirl.   Famous author, Natalie Goldberg has been my inspiration to this style of writing.  She referred to it as, “Writing down the bones” a must read if you haven’t already done so.

Just sit down and write as thoughts come into your mind do not try to make changes or search for the right words.  Similar to the column write right now, writing in flo is more of an exercise, free flowing of thoughts.  Not any particular subject in mind, where as, Write Right Now is related to an urgency to write, usually triggered by an event.

When your done writing go back to edit your piece for grammar and spelling.  Let the flo remain.  If you would like to share it, feel free to register and submit your draft for review to be published on this site.  Trash will not be accepted.  Space is limited; only serious submissions relative content to this site and/or good honest feedback will be accepted.  Please be respectful; everyone needs to feel safe.

-Morning Thoughts- Upon waking up, first thing in the morning start to write, write in flo everything that enters your mind.  Morning minds are the freshest you will no doubt be amazed what comes out of morning thoughts.

Write Right Now – Please see the individual page to view the description of, Write Right Now.

Write to Heal – Need to heal. Write your way through healing.  Want a supportive environment, wehre you can feel safe while you write your way through.  This is your space to use as you wish.

You may choose whether or not you would like to make your submission public or private (for member’s only) and/or receive support and encouragement from others by turning the comment section on or off.  When submitting please attach your name copyright along with your preferences regarding publishing public / private and / or comments accepted.
